Wright's have teamed up with Seasoned Cookery School in time for Father's Day

If Dad likes baking, then you can get him a ‘bunch of flours’ the last date for guaranteed delivery from us will be 10th June. If he doesn’t bake, then perhaps buy him a gift from The Seasoned Cookery School? There are over 20 baking/cookery courses, all taught by expert chefs in the beautiful grounds of Catton Hall, Derbyshire.
I was delighted that our flour would be used
on their ‘Brilliant Baking’ course with Brendan Lynch, finalist in series 3 of
BBC’s Great British Bake Off. With our
flour all weighed up for the day of baking, I couldn’t wait to find out what
Brendan would bake but it turned out to be an apple frangipane tart, blueberry
muffins with roasted plum compote and savoury Danish pastries filled with roasted
vegetables and pesto.
Martha from the Seasoned Cookery School has filled me
with confidence that the day went considerably well and all bakes turned out
