I am a big fan of Brendan's who has submitted some stunning recipes to the home baking world from his website Brendan Bakes. As you can imagine I am absolutely delighted to share this fabulous recipe for Brendan’s Frangipane Tart.
Thanks so much Brendan – I am so delighted with this recipe idea for use with our Sungold which creates superb mince pies and sausage rolls this time of year too!
