This Brownie Mix is about time! Over the years we have put a twist on our various mixes to create pretty much everything in the baking line from Bakewells to banoffees and now brownies!
Jo produced a marvellous Madeira cake from our mix, split and
levelled it then decorated it into a gorgeous gymnastic cake – so glad you got it “Wright” Jo – it’s
Laraine made these tiny toffee cakes with our Toffee Cake Mix for
her little Granddaughter's third birthday. They had a tea set
and trolley for her birthday – can you imagine the fun she's going to
have when she can serve real cakes? Thanks Laraine.
Thanks Sammie for tweeting us @Wrightsbaking confirming that “The
birthday girl wants to bake! The Wright’s Peanut Butter Banoffee Cake to
be exact! We tweaked the topping but Millie can thoroughly recommend
this cake!” Tweaked with smarties is absolutely “Wright” with us Millie!

320ml of water added to the whole pack, in a Panasonic bread making
machine on a 1 hour 55 minute programme - so glad you got it "Wright"! Now for a “Wright” interesting bake! Our Parmesan & Sundried Tomato
mix this time risen and baked in a NordicWare tin! Thanks Sharon – you
are a star!! Mmmm Madeira steamed pudding! Thanks Claire for making this winter
warmer a “Wright” easy one with just half a pack of Madeira on top of
some frozen fruits of the forest – popped in the microwave for 5
Another from Claire, this time a “Wright” winter warmer – salted caramel
pudding made with half a pack of Toffee cake mix baked on top of two
tablespoons of salted caramel sauce – popped in the microwave for 5
minutes! Toffeerrific thanks.
Superb seedy rolls – thanks Till! Thought they were chocolate chip
cakes at first but no – healthy wholemeal rolls studded with seeds!
Thanks again.We had Burn's Night last month and Edith thrilled us with her cupcakes!These are all made by Edith using our Ginger cake mix and brushed with whiskey
(somewhat generously) while the cakes are still hot from the oven!As well as Burn's Night - January gave us National Marzipan Day, Breakfast Week and Chocolate Cake Day. February has so far given us National Carrot Cake Day, World Nutella Day, British Yorkshire Pudding Day, Bramley Apple Week and Pancake Day.
