This Brownie Mix is about time! Over the years we have put a twist on our various mixes to create pretty much everything in the baking line from Bakewells to banoffees and now brownies!
Swooning over Sammies Cake here! Just half a pack of Madeira used in her silicone bundt mould, baked and decorated with a thick icing sugar & water glaze and drizzled in ocean pearls. You amaze me with what you do with our various cake mixes!
One happy husband - one awesome Orange Cake made with our mix & simply decorated with whipped cream & orange zest! Nice one Julie - just the job to have whilst watching the Euro 2016 matches - thanks!This fantastic Chewbacca Cake was made by Linda with 2 of our Chocolate Fudge Mixes. Linda sandwiched the Chocolate Fudge cakes together with chocolate icing and more was piped for decoration plus a few Chocolate flakes. The nose is Renshaw black fondant and the teeth are tic tac mints – brilliant! Linda made this for her grandson Joshua’s 4th Birthday. Out of this world!! Thanks so much Tracey for tweeting us @Wrightsbaking with this amazing bundt cake made with our Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix. This was Tracey’s first attempt with our Chocolate Fudge Mix and apparently won’t be the last! Thanks for tweeting us @Wrightsbaking Kelly. As you can see, Kelly started her bakes early, mixing our Chocolate Fudge & Toffee Cake Mixes together!Another Wright lovely looking Parmesan & Sundried Tomato loaf that Jules did in a bread making machine. Jules said, “I love my bread machine. It gets used lots & I love your bread mixes also, they compliment each other perfectly”. Thanks for sharing such a lovely loaf and for your very kind comments in regard to our products.The lovely Lily has baked up our Carrot cake with delicious looking decoration - well done on such a beautiful bake!Mmmm Marlene - your Parmesan & Sundried Tomato loaf has baked up beautifully from our mix! Sprinkled with sesame seeds, for something that takes half an hour to bake - this looks so very professional. Pass the butter! I think Martin has really mastered our Mixed Grain! Performing perfectly here, really rustic in appearance and confirming you do not need a tin. Wright Nice!Martin also tried our Parmesan & Sundried Tomato mix and enjoyed this one too.
Then Martin found his favourite in our Classic Ciabatta Mix - yes, he was said to be Wright pleased with this one!A very chocolatey cake from Linda – with huge thanks. This one was taken to her work place for her recent birthday which is a feat in itself as I would have probably eaten it on the way in – irresistible! Linda used three of our Toffee Cake Mixes and cooked them for 3 hours on gas 4 in a 9” tin checking regularly. It was then covered in chocolate icing and tons of chocolates! This clever tear and share loaf was made by Kathy using our Cheese & Onion bread mix - seems a shame to break up this good looking loaf!
