Whilst in Whitby, North Yorks - I could not resist popping into a customer of ours at Estbek House in Sandsend to see what they do with all that flour they order from us! I received a wonderfully warm, Whitby welcome from the Chef there, Tim Lawrence who has recently won another AA Rosette for culinary excellence.
Tim insists on Wright’s flour and bakes on the premises as well as preparing an array of fantastic fish courses amongst a very extensive menu. Thanks for your kindness to us Tim, we loved the beautiful dining rooms looking out to sea and seeing a couple of the super stylish rooms you have available there for guests.
