Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour 1.5kg
For years we were asked to avail our excellent base flours to the public. Wright's Strong Wholemeal is made of baker's strength flour, milled here at Ponders End from top quality, high protein wheats and is the same excellent quality as the much loved base flour used in our wholemeal mixes. This is bread making flour which excludes the yeast and the other ingredients used in our popular bread mixes.
Packed in 1.5kg, this fantastic flour is often referred to as "gladiatorial" in strength!
500g Wright's Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour
10g fast acting dried yeast - if using fresh yeast then double the quantity
350ml Lukewarm Water
Wholemeal Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin)
