500g Wright's Lionheart
10g fast acting dried yeast - if using fresh yeast then double the quantity
325ml Lukewarm Water
|Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate,
Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Malted Wheat Flakes, Wheat Bran, Malted Barley Flour, Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Acid.
