In 2013 we opened Wright’s Bakery Ingredients, a multi-million pound facility in Delta Park, Enfield where they focus on the production and supply of high quality bread and cake mixes, powder concentrates and speciality flour blends, supplying retailers, in-store and artisan bakeries and industrial food manufacturers. The new facility features a state of the art test bakery, mixing and packing plant.
