    Background: Wrights born and bred – brought up at the mill and still lives on site. Worked in the business from a very early age (to supplement meagre pocket money!) Worked in several flour mills around the country, Henry Simon Milling Engineers and Swiss Milling School. Proud of the company’s success and the work and dedication that everyone puts into it.

    Likes: New kit, contented customers, can-do teams, a tight ship and a happy ship.

    Outside of work: The Norfolk coast, walking the dog, London Pride, family & friends.

    Background: Starting as a Management Trainee in 2010. Graduated the Swiss Milling School in 2013, I returned to the business as Head Miller and in 2017 took on the mantle of Production Director. In January 2022 I took the reins as Commercial Director

    Likes: New machinery, making quality flour and automation.

    Outside of work: Gigs, Festivals, Technology and spending time with family and friends

    Background: Worked in the food industry for 20 years at Allied Mills and Greggs, tried other things for a while but missed it so much that she came back!

    Likes: Big spreadsheets, tight deadlines and new gadgets.

    Outside of work: Cooking, travelling, theatre, photography and her dogs - but not all at the same time!

  • Mark Robinson

    Background: Has a Degree in Chemistry and Ceramics, and is a qualified flour miller with 30 years of experience in flour milling and food ingredients. Worked in a variety of companies from corporate to SME family businesses. Experienced in both the largest and smaller specialist mills, including flour and bran heat treatment. Has even run the world’s largest stone-ground flour mills in Yorkshire! Worked across the UK and ROI.

    Likes: A collaborative, inclusive and open style at work.

    Outside of work: Enjoys a variety of hobbies, mainly centred around sport, including, swimming, running and karate, and watching Rugby Union. Also, enjoy volunteering at the local primary school where he has been Chair of Governors.

    Outside of work: My Family take up the majority of my time, being married for 18 years, 3 children 12, 8 and 3, most sports, comedy, music and being a football dad to my 8-year-old

    Background: Extensive account management and business development experience gained within the telecoms and aviation sectors and for the last 6 years the food industry, my true calling.

    Likes: The sales buzz - nothing beats it.

    Outside of work: Travel in general but love travelling to football World Cups and European Championships following both England and Northern Ireland. Looking forward to returning to my beloved Anfield soon.

    Background: Still remembers his first nervous day of work in the Pre-packed Dept, his first department in his eventful Wright’s journey. Grew into the role as a lead operator before taking on the challenging Buhler packer for the trade line. Finally, all his hard work pay off and progressed into management.

    Likes: Likes production planning, good healthy stock levels and a happy, flexible team.

    Outside of work: Really enjoys cooking and is known as a top Turkish chef amongst friends & family! Enjoys sports such as UFC and football and is a big Galatasaray and Khabib fan.
